Not working on my iPad, the last issue is not visible, IT support doesnt answer my questions

Most recent update has caused app to slow down considerably. The pages are made up of tiled images which causes each page to load much slower than before. Very slow and annoying user experience. Why fix something if it isnt broken?

Updated app and erased all my purchases. Billed me twice and all I got was a blank page that says "loading".

Paid for subscription, and it won’t load. Link to app support "Resource not found Were so sorry, but whatever you were looking for is not available."

I have a digital only subscription which has not delivered. Poor app support. Poor delivery. The content is superb if I could ever read it !

I really like the magazine but the app has given me several problems since I signed up. Had to repurchase once already and current version wont open randomly. I have to either close and reopen the app or delete the app altogether and then get it again from the App Store to get my library/individual issue to open. If it wasnt so inexpensive, I wouldnt buy it and wont repurchase again. Its a real pain.

This app constantly, constantly fails to register my print subscription and therefore obstructs downloads all the time. It only ever functions after you reach out repeatedly to customer service, which I have had to do so many times. And then it functions like the most basic of PDFs for all that. Really bad and frustrating. And makes me close to canceling even my print subscription.

I purchased one year subscription and I only received one issue and every time I try to open the app it shuts down so I cant even look at the one issue they gave me!!! Cant get any customer support either... Thanks!!

I use to get this magazine in print, this company is known for repeating the same advertising companies, same photos issue after issue. This App after subscribing for $19.99 and getting two issues its the same thing, repetitive ads issue after issue. Few stories, design projects, ideas of inspiration. If I owned a magazine, I would inspire my readers issue after issue and advertising companies would be obligated to change their ads for new issues. Want to find inspiration? This is not the magazine that inspires new design ideas.

Im fond of your magazine, and Id like to ask you if you made the same kind of app about architecture. that would be great ))

This app only worked long enough to take my $19.99 purchase of a digital subscription. It crashes every time I try to open it now. What a waste.

Im a long time subscriber, so I was excited to use this app on my new Gen 3 iPad. Downloaded three issues (Dec 11, Jan 12, and Feb 12), but only Feb can be viewed which is the promo free one. Tap and tap on View for the other issues on the Library screen, and nothing happens. This is a terrible app. Was this tested? Dont release something until it actually works. Im very disappointed!

An hour after I started downloading and its still not done. I dont know if I should continue to wait or just give up and delete the app.

This app doesnt work! Right after he all opens, it closes immediately. I paid for a subscription and now I cant even read it! What a waste of money.

This app doesnt work properly. The whole reason I bought the subscription was so I could archive the magazines Ive read and read them again and again. With this app you can only read the current month. So if you didnt have time to read the previous month you have to buy it. What a waste, Im totally disappointed in this app.

After turning a page, it takes an unusually long time for the page to come into focus and it crashes frequently. Magazine app technology is not that new - most others have these bugs worked out.

It is almost June and the last issue I received is the Issue 4: April 2012. Really? I can get the same archived issue off of the ID Mag website, without paying $19.99. I guess someone played me into believing Im buying a subscription of the well-known and respected publication. What a shame!

**Update - Version 4 is so close to being fully-functional - the page loading is mostly faster and Ive only had one crash in about 30 pages of viewing. Still seems to start slowing down after several pages viewed, but less crashing makes me happier. Wish they could fix the bug that makes it get slower and still crash.** Now it only crashes every 15 pages or so on my iPad, instead of every 5 pages or so. I guess thats progress...
