Worst of 18 magazine apps I have

This app constantly, constantly fails to register my print subscription and therefore obstructs downloads all the time. It only ever functions after you reach out repeatedly to customer service, which I have had to do so many times.
And then it functions like the most basic of PDFs for all that.
Really bad and frustrating.
And makes me close to canceling even my print subscription.
